Dear Drug Policy Reformers,
I have a request. Please stop using terms like “liberalize,” “loosen,” and “relax” with regard to fixing our drug laws.
Here is an editorial I first published in January 18, 2010. In order to push it back out through the RSS feed I’m changing the publication date.
Updated quite a bit of software on the server.
Please let me know if you have any troubles.
About to go offline for 15-30 minutes so I can back up the database and download it. I need to test a major upgrade on a test server first before I do it on the live site.
Ok, the website just underwent a MAJOR update from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. Phew! So far so good.

Ray Suarez of Pwned By Sadists (PBS) Reads Script Perfectly During Interview on Opioids and Newborns Scare
Tonight the Pwned By Sadists inside the Möbius Loop Beltway Hour (PBS Newshour) had a segment about “babies addicted to opioids.” Ray Suarez read his script like a champ. And sorry to say the medical doctor kept on referring to “opiates” instead of opioids although he often mentioned pills.
Just back from some travels I will write about later.
UPDATE - I’ve been very busy, and now my mind is tired … I’ll update the software tomorrow in the late AM or early PM.
Lots of little updates, probably too many to mention one by one.
LEAP supports this. You can find a link to it on their homepage, upper right sidebar.
I have much to publish here, but have to get it in order first.
So much happening.

Best I can tell, today the website underwent an attack that lasted from about 11 AM ET to 3 PM ET.
I apologize to the legitimate users who tried to access our website but could not and saw various of error messages.
Last night I dreamed a DEA agent broke in to my place. So frankly I think that is one realistic explanation.
If you really care about children and teens, if you want to keep as few of them from offering or being offered drugs, if you want to keep as few of them from dying from overdose, then you should wo
It just so happens that today we’re at our 666th posting, or at least our 666th “node.” (Look up in the address bar of your web browser.) So in “honor” of that I figured I wou

All of the handouts and flyers have been updated.
For the most part the biggest update was the addition of QR Codes; but some minor textual tweaks were made to some as well.
Now, those of you with smart phones, iPads with cameras, and other devices with a camera and the proper software, can scan the code(s) on the paper and be spared a bunch of keystrokes otherwise spent typing in Internet addresses, that is, you and/or the people you give the handouts to.
