Kinds of Drugs, Defining the Categories

One of the biggest problems is that people lump all drugs in to the category of “drugs” or “bad.”

Clearly this is not the case since doctors spend years learning about the various kinds of drugs and their affects on humans. Also, many things folks take for granted every day, have drug-like effects, or are themselves outright drugs: a cup of coffee, a cigarette, beer or wine with dinner, an aspirin for a headache, a sugary slice of chocolate cake with chocolate ice-cream and chocolate syrup on top, etc…
